Today at Roof Management we are over the moon excited to wish the co-founder and President a VERY happy birthday!!
How do we sit here and write our praise of Terry without weeping while we write it?! Terry has known the Roofing industry her entire life. Her Father founded a commercial roofing company in Detroit, MI. This is where roofing seeded and bloomed from knowledge to passion for Terry. Her late father is smiling down on her and her success story today, we have no doubt about that!
It wasn’t long after she met Tom that he was recruited into this Profession where him and Terry, beating all odds, worked as a team to raise 3 children and venture into the unknown over 2.5 decades ago, to embed their own foot prints into the commercial and industrial roofing world.
Originally the company was held out of their Farmington Hills home. This is where Terry wiped snot off of kids faces, making high school football games to show support to her eldest daughter’s cheer leading, dinner on the table by 6:00pm for a home-cooked family meal, fully responsible in caring for her great grandmother, ALL while she managed the phones, generated all work orders, contracts, invoices, receipts plus some, to ensure her and her Husbands duo dream became reality!!
This woman has gotten on roofs the days Tom needed the extra hand in the field and cleaned toilets at their current building when no one else would. She is the Boss most people only dream of having! She never holds herself above any other person that works for this company. She cherishes us all and it shows not only sometimes, but DAILY!!
Terry, we would be non-existent without you, and may you never forget the gratitude and love in our hearts, to have you, to call our Boss.
