Just renewed our First Aid and CPR certificates!! We do this bi-yearly for a couple reasons.
First, to ensure our employee’s are up to date with MIOSHA. But secondly and most importantly to us, is for their safety. Each one of our employee’s matter to us. Through the years we have gotten to know not only them on a personal level, but also their loved ones have now weaved their hearts into the heart of Roof Management.
As of recent reports, Roofing is top 5 most dangerous careers. Because our employee’s are the type of individuals that are passionate about this profession being their career choice, we would be doing them a disservice allowing them to get on a roof without training them to be as safe as humanly possible. These men are not just here to do a job, they are somebody’s husband, son and friend. And while we shared some good laughs during our training session, we are truly honored and proud to have such qualified Technicians that aid in molding our company into what it is today! Keep up the good work guys! We couldn’t be more proud of you than we already are!
